Charlotte Boujassy is a dedicated expert in talent management and a seasoned professional in people development, boasting 15 years of diverse experience across the aeronautical, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical industries in both France and Germany. Throughout her career, she has successfully designed and executed training programs and leadership initiatives for a wide array of stakeholders, from individual contributors to senior global leaders.
As a lifelong learner, Charlotte actively participates in numerous Learning & Development professional networks. Her passion for knowledge extends to subjects such as history, psychology, and people development. She has also contributed her expertise by hosting several podcasts on topics like leadership, well-being, culture, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), with a particular focus on fostering inclusive environments for working parents.
Charlotte holds a degree in Political Sciences from the University of Strasbourg and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Paris II Assas (CIFFOP). She is a certified Crucial Conversations trainer and a qualified coach in Design Thinking applied to People Development. Her career has always encompassed global and pan-European roles, and she is fluent in English, French, German, and Spanish.
Originally from France, Charlotte has resided in Munich for over a decade with her two daughters. She currently works at the European Headquarters of Daiichi Sankyo, a leading Japanese pharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative medicines for cardiovascular and oncology patients.
