As specialist in the integration of students and graduates into the employment market, she is continuously in contact with HR Directors of many companies, and also works closely with business school and university Heads of Corporate Relations with whom she analyzes the issues faced on a daily basis.

Sophie has 15 years experience in recruitment, talent attraction, acquisition and retention. She has travelled and lived in several countries and has graduated from a Master of Business & Negociation from University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, after a BA of International Marketing in Leeds Beckett University, UK.
