Jelle Kottmann is working as a HR Business Partner for ASG EMEA based out of the Amsterdam office and part of the Management Team. Whilst relatively new on board with ASG, he is contributing to bring HR to the table. Driving the Health & Wellbeing program as challenges in the retention of talent and employer branding are taken on. For him some exciting times in a growing company with having more than 30 nationalities and a mix of cultures. As we say we speak English with so many accents

Jelle likes to work for a company with a Dutch origin with employees who are willing to learn and grow within the company. What makes him tick is the energy in working with people. Where employees take a genuine interest in their own well-being. Where self-leadership and accountability are core values.

Throughout his career in HR he has been working in the business of Energy. From Powerplants, visiting Oil & Gas platforms and now in power components and lithium-Ion batteries. He covers a broad experience in HR from Learning & Development to engage in Health & Wellbeing programmes.

From a HR point of view he sees people working with ASG as human potentials willing to grow as professionals contributing to their team and organization. Their growth is our growth and vice versa.

Jelle lives close to Amsterdam and raises two buzzing teenagers. In terms of energy, he is making progress to become stronger in the world of triathlon (Ironman).
