Lurlene Duggan has had a career in the IT Industry for over 20 years in various leadership roles across operational, organisational, and transformation management. She is currently the Microsoft Chief Learning Officer for Western Europe. The Microsoft mission is to “Empower Every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more” and Lurlene is at the centre of this transformation, focusing on employees, customers, partners and future generations. She leads a team of Training Program leaders who are driving this transformation with their employees, customers and partners across Western Europe.
