Bárbara Ramos has more than 20 years of experience helping global leaders and organisations upgrade talent and align it with business objectives. She leads the Korn Ferry Leadership Assessment and Succession solutions across EMEA, in addition to her responsibility for several key clients of the company’s global consulting business. Since joining Korn Ferry, she has worked to build and develop more learning-agile workforces that can pivot between the need to perform today while simultaneously transforming themselves. She combines the deep understanding of learning agility with large experience implementing and developing it in large organisations. Barbara collaborates regularly with diverse publications, is an associated teacher at some business schools and speaker at forums.
