Oscar Botero is an ICT specialist with 12+ years of international working and multicultural experience. A recipient of two scholarship awards, the first one of which he pursued a Master of Science in Computer and Communication Networks from the former Institut National des Télécommunications in France. The second scholarship enabled him to obtain a PhD in Information Systems from University Pierre et Marie Curie Paris VI and Telecom SudParis. He also holds a Specialisation in Digital Telecommunications from Universidad Central de Venezuela and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Universidad Simon Bolivar (Venezuela). Recently, he obtained an Executive MBA from Institut Mines-Telecom, France. Being trilingual in Spanish, English and French, he is currently developing information systems with his startup Iser Labs.
