Pascale Goy is an accomplished HR senior professional and a certified coach. She has been working as head of Learning and Development at CERN since 2011 with a proven track record in organisational development and learning design and delivery. She currently leads six wide-ranging learning portfolios (from leadership to highly technical skills), delivering over 500 courses to 6,000 physicists, engineers, technicians, and administrative staff. Before working at CERN, she fulfilled several executive roles over 25 years in international organisations, namely the International Trade Centre (UN system) and the World Trade Organisation, where she took responsibility for the Recruitment and Administration Service and then the Career/Performance Management and Learning Service.
