Irene is passionate about helping leaders, teams and organizations find their purpose, navigate complexity and continuously grow. With a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, she has 20 years of global corporate experience in different Talent Management & Leadership Development roles across a diverse set of industries: retail, consumer goods, re-insurance and healthcare. 

In her current role at Novartis she is leading the transformation of Leadership Development to enable a Curious, Inspired and Unbossed Culture. She oversees the strategic direction of the LD Center of Excellence and leads the efforts to enable the conditions for leaders to engage in a deeply transformative experience: “a key focus for us is to generate insights and facilitate collective awareness that lead to recommendations to unleash the power of our people to reimagine medicine”  

Additionally, she advices and coaches a network of startups and mentors young talents as they transition into corporate life.
