Yannis Koutroulis is a Senior Leadership / HRD Consultant and Product Owner for Escape Rooms leading a team of consultants and external experts responsible for implementing and delivering this fresh and innovative initiative to Deutsche Telekom’s EU segment.

During his career, he has assumed several key roles within several functions like HR, Strategy & Transformation, Technology and IT mostly in the ICT domain. He has been responsible for delivering strategic programs; among his favorites are commercial rebranding, HR rightsizing & restructuring, and digital transformation

Yannis is an engineer by nature and studies, he takes great pride in his out-of-the-(HR)box point of view and is always keen on supporting through his different expertize and background.

Yannis is passionate about learning something new every day; he is a certified Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Design thinking facilitator. He has received his Engineering diploma from university of Patras (Greece) and his M.Sc in Engineering from University of Notre Dame (US). He spends his free time between his family, his motorcycles and the sea.
