Ana’s professional career began in 1988 with Arthur Andersen in Madrid, Spain. From 1996 until 2001, she worked as an experienced manager at the Andersen Worldwide international training site in St. Charles, Illinois (USA), latterly managing the Training Delivery Department.

In 2001, Ana started her career as a freelance Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant.

On a voluntary basis, Ana also managed and coordinated a government-funded adult learning program (more than 700 students) in Madrid. Responsibilities included: curriculum design, faculty training and selection, and course delivery.

As an executive coach, Ana helps executives learn, grow and change. Coaching functions may focus on imparting specific skills, addressing performance issues on the job, or supporting broader changes in the executive’s behavior.

As a facilitator and consultant, Ana has a proven track record of creating and delivering learning solutions that support business plans and strategies. She has a natural customer affinity and strong communication skills that result in successful relationship building with individuals and teams
