Laure Arnaud holds a Master of Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris. In parallel, she graduated from ESSEC Business School after a Master in Philosophy from University Paris-Nanterre.

Before joining Sodexo, Laure started her career in consulting for 5 years, first in public affairs and lobbying and then in strategy with Monitor Deloitte.

She started at Sodexo in 2011 in the French subsidiary (40 000 employees) leading employees engagement and quality of life topics, social communication & HR intelligence.

Since early 2014, she joined Benefits and Rewards Services within the Group as HR Development Director, reporting to the HR Senior VP. Laure Arnaud is in charge of talent management, learning and development activities, HR innovation and diversity and inclusion.
