Nicolas is Human Resources Director at AGC Glass Europe, responsible for the European HR Competence Centers. In this role, Nicolas develops and leads programs to drive leadership and talent management, compensation and benefits as well as HR process and systems efficiency. He is also HR Leader for the Corporate Division of AGC in Europe.

In his career spanning over almost 20 years, Nicolas has participated in and led several strategic HR transformation and change management projects including merger & acquisition, company restructuring and change in corporate culture.

He started his career as a tax lawyer at PwC in Belgium and got the opportunity to move abroad (Hungary) very early in his career. He joined the Human Resources Department of AGC Glass Europe in 2006 where he has since then taken several roles.

Nicolas holds a Master in Law and a Master in International Tax Law. He has an advanced certification in Human Resources and recently completed a Master in Business Administration at the Louvain School of Management.
