Timms passion is to unleash the potential of people in big corporates.

At the age of 28 Timm co-founded LIVEsciences, a radically self-organized company. Based on his experiences working for Roche Pharma and then in Consultancy, where he worked with corporates on change programmes and OD/OE, he thought that self-organization is worth a try. Since then Agility, Self-Organization and New Ways of Working have become mainstream and LIVEsciences together with Timm are on their mission to unleash the potential of people. In 2019 Timm also co-founded LIVEventures, which is a venture capital firm investing in the Medical Devices Industry - unleashing the potential of people in another way.
