Kellie McCaffrey serves as Senior Director of Executive Education within the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.  She works with global client organizations to design and develop customized innovative solutions that meet their strategic objectives. Her role includes client relationship management, program design and delivery, supplier engagement, business development, and overall project leadership. Prior to joining Carnegie Mellon in 2013, she served as a Project Manager at Duke Corporate Education based in Durham, NC USA.  Kellie managed a global educator network, in addition to working with clients on the design and development of customized executive education programs during her ten years at Duke CE. She also delivered programs in numerous parts of the world including North America, Europe and Asia.  Kellie has worked in a diverse range of industries such as financial services, technology, telecommunications, government, insurance, pharmaceutical and manufacturing. Prior to Duke Corporate Education, Kellie worked in the retail industry in various roles in human resources, training and development, and management. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations and Minor in Business from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA USA.
