Natasha started her professional life as a scientist, working on the topic of Human Immunogenetics at the Pasteur Institute in Paris.  She shifted her focus to the world of business and organization development soon after, joining McKinsey & Company and getting her MBA from INSEAD. Understanding what it means to be a human being has been at the heart of her work since.

She is currently a Partner at THNK School of Creative Leadership. Working closely with senior leaders and executive teams, Natasha supports their individual development as well as providing guidance for accelerating the development of their organizations.

Prior to joining THNK, Natasha served as Head of Organization Development at Jones Lang LaSalle in Asia-Pacific and Organization Leadership Consultant at IBM Asia-Pacific. She has lived and worked across the world for most of her career, in the Netherlands, France, Japan, Singapore, and Turkey.

Natasha operates at the interface of business strategy and personal leadership. The essence of her work is developing leaders with courage, curiosity and consciousness. She brings deep experience in human development, integral coaching, organizational and relational systems coaching, and embodied leadership.
