Julia’s passion is helping talent and organizations grow and develop. She is currently serving as Director of Talent Development at Grifols, a global health care company headquartered in Barcelona. In her current role she leads all corporate initiatives in leadership, executive development, onboarding and professional development.

Julia has over 15 years of experience in the fields of learning & development, leadership development and management consulting. Prior to Grifols, Julia has been supporting major American, Spanish and German corporations as a HR Consultant at Accenture.  

Julia has earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from ESB Reutlingen and ICADE Madrid, and her MSc in Human Resources & Industrial Relations at the London School of Economics (LSE).

Barcelona is her adopted home where she has lived with her family for some years.
