As a global head of learning, senior consultant to business and university lecturer, Nina has significant experience and expertise across all areas of strategic HR in general and Learning & Development in particular. Delivering on large-scale, global transformation programmes across multiple industries, Nina enjoys finding innovative and impactful solutions to complex business problems and establishing new ways of working.  In her current role, Nina is working to deliver a smoke-free future by designing and implementing new ways to equip the workforce at Philip Morris International with the critical skills and capabilities needed to succeed in this exciting and unprecedented transformation. Prior to this, Nina was running global programmes as senior managing consultant in Human Capital Management with IBM UK as well as heading up the Learning & Development function at KPMG in Germany. Nina holds a doctoral degree in business, finance, and information systems and has published articles in internationally renowned journals as well as being a regular speaker at international conferences and in expert forums.
