Dr Andrea Derler is director of Industry Research at Neuroleadership Institute. As part of this role, she produces science-based and practical insights about humans in organisations. She explores how findings in the fields of neuroscience and psychology play out in organisational reality and does that through collaborating with clients, consultants and academic researchers. In the past five years, Andrea has emerged as a widely publicised human capital researcher and trusted advisor to talent and business executives in Fortune 500 companies.

Her work has appeared in the Harvard Business Review, Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, the German Wirtschaftswoche, as well as the Leadership & Organizational Development Journal.
