Frederiek joined Deloitte in 2014, after his company Vision was acquired by Deloitte Belgium. Deloitte Learning Solutions is now a service line of Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice and marks an important step in the expansion of the learning, leadership development and talent management offering. He has 10+ years of experience in learning transformation projects.

Furthermore he continues his entrepreneurial responsibilities as Learning Solutions service line leader within Deloitte. His core competencies include developing learning strategies, learning programme design, enabling development, implementing learning technologies, and design thinking within the learning domain.
