Sunil has been with Facebook since August 2017 and works on building learning communities across the APAC organization. He also works closely with leadership and their teams on team development with customized solutions.

Prior to Facebook he spent around 20 years across hospitality and financial services industry spanning from learning and development to talent management. He has been instrumental in building teams and executing talent management processes across retail, investment banking and Insurance organizations.

In his free time Sunil likes spending time with his family and writes occasional poetry in English. He also spends time with children in an orphanage to mentor them. He is a keen follower of Cricket and passionate about it.
