Tina Payán has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the fields of talent, engagement, learning & development, driving organisational performance and change.

She has worked for international, leading corporations such as Amadeus IT Group and Philip Morris International.

At Avis Budget Group (ABG), which she joined more than two years ago, she has been involved in projects on change integration, cutting-edge new performance culture and emerging talent strategies, all in the context of global HR transformation. As Global Head of Talent & Performance, Tina aims to help ABG remain a company people want to work for. 

Tina has a degree in Organisational Psychology. She also holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources.  Quite recently, she obtained a Social Media in HR Degree from Cornell University in the US.
