Chris founded PeopleSmart in 2001. Having spent the first part of her career in various HR, commercial and general management positions, she had learnt to approach issues from the
client’s perspective and focus on delivering an exceptional level of service with a solution driven attitude. Her last corporate role was Managing Director Europe for a US HR consultancy company, where she was responsible for developing new business, managing the European operations, and building a profitable business. With considerable global management experience, Chris enjoys working with multicultural, diverse organisations to improve people and business effectiveness as well as to assist with the development of current and future leadership skills.
Areas of expertise: Leadership development for high-potential and senior managers, team facilitation, speaking & chairing conferences, working with senior leadership teams to improve their working relationships and outward-facing impact in the organisation, sales and negotiation skills for sales teams, performance management, coaching and mentoring, design and delivery of assessment and development centres, design and delivery of management skills training modules, and working with cultural differences to improve individual or team performance.
