Originally trained in Mechanical Engineering at HTL, Salzburg, she later obtained a degree in International Marketing Management in Houston, Texas and holds diplomas as Coach and Mental Trainer from Mentalakademie Europa, Graz.

In her career of 20+ years, Martina has not only worked for global corporations, but also built her own technology company serving multinational clients across many industries, including the government sector. She has been shaping the restructuring of departments and organisations, implementing innovative solutions, and driving large transformation programmes.

Nowadays, Martina focuses on assisting organisations “to make it” in the globally interconnected, highly complex and volatile business world.
