Tracey Camilleri

Co-Founder Thompson Harrison, Associate Fellow
Saïd Business School

Tracey teaches and directs programmes in leadership for both public and private sectors. She plays a leading role in innovation in both learning design and programme content in executive education. She is particularly interested in how expert, busy adults learn, in the effective design of enabling environments where human beings can thrive, and in what gets in the way. Her programmes draw widely on the humanities and on practice and research from a broad range of disciplines.

She is Programme Director of the FT ranked Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme and was the director of the 21st Century Leaders’ Programme in partnership with YSC. She has directed custom leadership programmes for UBM, Centrica, SABMiller, State Farm Insurance, FCB, and the Lloyd’s Market Association. She teaches in leadership, learning design, and innovation and plays an adjunct design role in other programmes.

Before joining the school’s associate faculty in 2002, Tracey was managing director of WMC Communications. At WMC, she developed EU lobbying strategies for the financial services sector and helped to design and implement internal communications approaches for large organisations.

Prior to this, she worked in investment banking (Allen & Company) in New York, consultancy (Bain & Co.) and as New Business Director in publishing (Marshall Cavendish). She also taught English at St Paul’s Girls’ School, after graduating from Oxford University (1st Class Honours in English Literature).
