Celia Berenguer is chief learning officer at Sanofi, responsible for driving a new, federated strategy for learning transformation across the organisation. She has over twenty years of experience spanning the leadership development, learning, and talent arenas, always with a focus on building organisational capability to drive performance, in several industries such as Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Telecommunications and Pharmaceuticals. Celia was previously managing director and head of Leadership and Learning at Barclays, and before that director of Global Capability Development at BP. She started her career in executive development in business schools, working at Harvard Business School (US), Carnegie Mellon University (US), and Instituto de Empresa (Spain).

Celia holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French from Tufts University (US), and a Master’s in International Relations from the Center for Studies in International Relations (CERI) at Complutense University of Madrid (Spain).
