Elisabetta Galli has been Global Director of Knowledge, Development & Talent Management at Banco Santander since March 2017.

With an academic background as a clinical psychologist, Elisabetta has developed a 25-year career in Human Resources, in local, regional, and global roles, most of them as an HR generalist in charge of multiple geographies and multinational teams.

Before Santander, Elisabetta worked in Wolters Kluwer as global HRVP of the Legal & Regulatory Division and in Johnson & Johnson, where she spent 11 years in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices sectors.

Elisabetta’s focus areas are: Change Management, HR Strategy, Talent Management, Knowledge Management, and Organisational Excellence.
