Helga Pattart-Drexler designs learning programmes for international companies and industries as head of Executive Education at the WU Executive Academy. She studied Adult Education and has a broad range of experience in the fields of education, personnel, and organisational development as well as coaching. She has worked for several companies such as OMV, Henkel Austria, and Siemens and has been part of the WU Executive Academy Team since 2016.

Helga and her team design special workshops to foster and enable a new type of leader’s mindset. Using modern learning concepts, the group develops educational solutions on topics such as Business Transformation, Modern Strategies, Responsible Leadership, and Innovation.
