Francisco Álvarez Herrera joined the Training and Development division of Gestamp as director in May 2007. He holds an MBA from the ESIC Business School in Valencia and a degree in Industrial Sociology and Social Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid.
With almost 20 years of work experience in Human Resources management, since joining Gestamp he has participated in the launch of the Corporate University of Gestamp, the Technological Institute of Gestamp in the Basque Country and several postgraduate programs and global succession plans with an international character.
