Martin Schamberg is a Senior Director for the Lufthansa Technik Network Sales & Customer Service Base Maintenance and is currently based in Hamburg, Germany.

Martin completed the International Master’s Programme for Managers (IMPM) in 2012 and he also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Science and Economics from Universtaet der Bundeswehr, Hamburg.

Martin has more than 30 years of profound Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and MRO-logistics experience in several distinct areas, including business process re-engineering, lean management and change management. He has substantial experience in developing and implementing strategies, building production networks, working in an international matrix organisation, product development, sales and procurement. Martin has worked in a wide variety of operating contexts and different cultures, most recently in Beijing, China.
