Dr Martin Brigham is Worldwide Academic Director for the International Master’s Programme for Managers (IMPM) – a collaboration of five of the world’s leading business schools – and is based at Lancaster University Management School.

Established over 20 years ago by the renowned management thinker Henry Mintzberg, the IMPM was established with the aim of changing how already experienced managers were further educated and developed to positively impact their organisations.

Martin has over a decade of experience in Executive Education at Lancaster and has taught in Europe, Asia, and North America. Widely published in international journals, his research interests include reflective approaches to management development. Martin has a PhD from Warwick Business School.
