Karine Savigny is an Affiliate Professor at EMLyon Business School and a consultant, trainer, and coach. As an expert in international leadership and collective intelligence, she supports companies in the development of their talent and of collaborative teams.

Karine graduated from ESCP (European School of Business) and then obtained  an HR Executive Master’s degree at Sciences Po. She has held operational roles, managed international transformation programmes, supported people and teams through change, and set up people and organisational development programmes at Reuters, Alstom, and Rio Tinto.

Her passion for understanding human beings in their diversity has led her to learn English, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, and Italian and to work in Japan, Spain, the UK, and Australia.

She is a certified coach, an ICF member, and a Master NLP practitioner. She uses a wide range of developmental tools such as the MBTI, Belbin, and Human Synergestics’ models.
