Ricardo´s purpose is to drive change through education, entrepreneurship and business innovation. He believes that entrepreneurs, startups, educators, investors and organisations need an open, inspiring and cool space to gather, acquire new skills, experiment and foster connections that they otherwise would not have found.

Currently, Ricardo is building the immersive learning initiative at IE Business School using boot camps to meet the demands of the fast changing world of work. His activity is fuelled by a deep interest in the evolution of employment, skills acceleration and talent retention in the age of AI.

As a lifelong learner, Ricardo spends most of his time surrounded by multi-disciplinary teams, engaged in doing a great job through the power of initiative and collaborative effort, while asking questions and finding answers to complex problems that require a data driven approach, analytical skills, marketing expertise, commercial acumen and humour. Humour is a serious business.
