Thierry Bonetto joined Danone Group with 11 years of consulting experience in organisation development, human resources strategy, and change management.

As part of Danone HR corporate, Thierry has led global initiatives such as the design and implementation of the HR evaluation and development processes, and a worldwide programme to attract and develop talents, including tools such as 360°, coaching, and a leadership development curriculum for executives and directors. More recently, he has led the design and evolution of the leadership model for Danone, and of the “Danone Leadership College” – to develop team leaders and all other employees based on this model.

Thierry is Director of Learning & Development for Danone worldwide, and since 2008 has built Danone Academy – the Danone corporate university.

Thierry is currently overseeing leadership development programmes for executives and directors.
