Talent & Leadership Development Manager
Ana is Talent & Leadership Development Manager at Sonae, and has a Master's Degree in Organisational and Work Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, Portugal.
Since 2014 she has been playing an active role in Sonae’s Talent & Leadership Development area, assuming the coordination and definition of policies and practices of management and strategic development, in partnership with various areas of people management and internal stakeholders.
On joining Sonae in 2011, until 2013, she took part in a strategic change management and innovation movement on talent management models, processes, and tools. Her focus was on performance management, competency models, career management, and succession, as well as the management and development of high potentials and executives.
Previously, her career developed in the Human Resources area of another group, in addition to the activity of academic research and training.
