PhD in Organisational Behaviour (Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia). David's research, which focuses on effective managerial communication and employee motivation, has appeared in books and top academic journals. At Católica-Lisbon, where David is Senior Associate Dean for Research and Academic Director of the Lisbon MBA, he teaches courses in leadership, communication, organisational behaviour, and human resources management. He also coordinates numerous in-house and open executive programmes. David worked for IBM Canada and as an independent corporate writer and editor.
