Mohana goes by the credo, “None of us is as smart as all of us. Build bridges, not silos”. She carries rich experience in a variety of talent topics in global human resources, having worked in world-class companies such as Fidelity Investments and is now at SAP in the role of Director of HR, Global Talent Development.

She holds a Master of Arts in HR & Labour Relations from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India and a Master of Science in Psychology, India. She is MBTI and DISC certified.

She is currently driving the global talent strategy portfolio, focusing on the development of technical leadership careers in SAP, globally. Until recently she led the global early adoption transformation for SAP as programme lead, to develop the new performance management system, called SAP Talk, with no ratings. She has also played the role of an Executive Business Assistant to the Global Executive HR board member of SAP SE. She has worked around the world in developing a variety of talent solutions ranging from Leadership programmes, through HR Business partnering, to developing an app measuring employee sentiments, “Sentimeter” @SAP.

Her passions include enabling organisations to cultivate a culture wherein employees can give their best and provide digital solutions for enhancing employee connectedness, learning and career success in today’s digital world.
