Fueled by the pressure to change as a management consultancy due to digitization, new work and global crisis, metaBeratung aimed to identify which competencies matter most for leaders to lead through times of severe change. Together with the IMD business school in Lausanne, metaBeratung did a study on agile leadership asking over 1'000 leaders worldwide which focused on empowering leaders to navigate today's fast-paced, volatile environments through adaptive, responsive, and people-centered strategies.
