Responsible and Responsive Leadership: Activating Trust to Connect the Dots
23-May-2024 14:00 - 15:00
Building sustainable organizations requires responsive and responsible leadership. Such leadership strives to forge positive relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside organizations. These relationships are what allows leadership to navigate discontinuity, push radical change and engage others to make a positive impact. In this workshop we’ll discuss how leadership can connect the dots between employee engagement and sustainability.
By “playing” the Team Trust card game we will focus on why and how leadership today should be built on sustained and sincere efforts to earn trust. Trust is the most basic quality at the heart of any relationship and yet most business leaders consider it to be something intangible and difficult to quantify. Trust is the social glue between the known and the unknown and thus plays a vital role in leading the sustainability transformation.
