Coca-Cola HBC began an agile journey four years ago. Our approach at the beginning was to start small, learn, and then decide on scaling. We learned that the biggest enemy of new ways of working is bad agile - implementing agile as a set of new routines without changing the mindset. We also learned that dedication makes a huge difference. We have seen the speed and quality of delivery driven by agile teams being much higher, as well as team morale and productivity.

After building a solid foundation, we were ready for the next big step: dynamic pods. This is our Agile 2.0, which involves scaling agile through self-led, dedicated, cross-functional teams behind critical company missions.
