The Future Jobs Finder tool is targeted at 10 million under-25s across 15 countries and combines psychometric testing with digital skills taxonomy to help reveal how the youth “super powers” could be applied in the digital job market, acting as a trusted on-line guide. Over 1.2 million potential jobs have already been matched to 250,000 job-seekers who used the tool and learned about the exciting and surprising opportunities that lie ahead.
