Renault & SKEMA: Women Journey Programme

The "Women Journey" programme supports RENAULT Group's HR Ambition: to become the best employer for women in the automotive industry by 2025. It is a customised programme created by SKEMA Executive Education which draws on its expertises in Gender Equality and Women LEadership. Designed in record time, and after 2,5 years of implementation, the figures are high: +300 participants; 21 nationalities; 16 functions, satisfaction rate 92%; NPS 97%. And the results are excellent: participants dare and take higher positions, RENAULT Group has the lowest glass ceiling of CAC40 companies (2024), the Gender Pay Gap is 0% (2 years ahead of schedule). With these excellent results, the Programme benefits from strong sponsorship at the highest levels of RENAULT Group and a new Company is currently joining the adventure: SUEZ Group. In 2024, the first RENAULT-SUEZ cohort will come to life. In addition, in 2024, SKEMA and RENAULT are going one step further by exploring the creation of a Chair (how diversity impacts project management in organisations).We are particularly proud to support the SDG number 5 "Gender Equality" and to work in favor of building suistanable organisations.
