Code for All is a social impact company invested in building sustainable tech communities worldwide. The main service offered by Code for All is the full-stack programming bootcamp, a 14 weeks immersive experience to reskill people for the IT sector, independently from their race, gender and social or economical background. At Code for All we turn people into junior developers by teaching them computer science and key soft skills with an employer-driven curriculum. EUROPPA is an R&D project developed by Code for All, aimed at revolutionising the admissions process for the programming bootcamps. It is based on a platform, n01r, developed internally, that analyses thousands of candidates simultaneously, identifying talent even before they acquire skills. In response to the evolving job market and the increasing demand for IT professionals, EUROPPA seeks to eliminate biases and inefficiencies inherent in traditional screening methods. Through AI, Machine Learning and psychometric analysis, the platform identifies high-potential candidates for rapid reskilling in digital competencies that could succeed and leverage their careers through our bootcamp. By automating the process, it ensures scalability, efficiency, and minimises human error, biases and subjectivity.
