The corporate world is becoming more Digital, Dynamic, Diverse and Dispersed. The corporate world is becoming more complex. Levels of engagement of the workforce worldwide are not high. According to Gallup 2021 State of the Global Workplace report, globally, the percentage of engaged employees in 2020 was 20%, while the percentage of actively disengaged employees was 18%. The remaining 62% of employees were not engaged.
