A Human-centred Revolution: Building Practical Skills for Unprecedented Times
As the Covid-19 pandemic accelerates the Fourth Industrial Revolution, organisations of all sizes are being forced to adopt new approaches and explore new business models in an increasingly uncertain business environment. It is therefore more critical than ever that your employees are able to leverage emerging technologies and innovate efficiently in collaboration with both internal and external partners.
Professor Nicholas Davis has been working closely with multinational firms, OECD governments and international organisations both before and during the current pandemic, supporting them with innovation efforts around emerging technologies. In this presentation, he will provide insight into the investments and skills demanded of leading firms today, and reflect on how organisations can avoid the so-called “valley of death”: the phenomenon whereby the skills, concepts and frameworks provided during executive education fail to be enacted by executives once back at work.
