UNLEARN – HOW LEARNING INNOVATION ENABLES BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION TO UNSMOKE THE WORLD
PMI has embarked on one of the most ambitious global transformations: to research, develop, and scientifically substantiate products that are less harmful than cigarette smoking and to one day completely replace cigarettes in order to achieve a smoke-free future.
This transformation impacts the whole of the organization – be it the development of new products, focusing on science & research, engaging with and understanding our consumers as well as championing new ways of working. And most importantly, the success of our transformation depends on our workforces’ capabilities: for example, we need to create new habits, develop deep expertise in areas new to us, move from employment for life to lifetime employability as well as balancing the need for deep expertise on the one hand and PMI Know How at the other.
If you are keen to learn more about this journey and how we are transforming how PMI learns (and unlearns), join Nina – PMI’s global head of learning – for this presentation and interactive dialogue. Nina will share examples of learning innovation at PMI as well as offering a perspective of where learning@PMI has come from, it’s vision and progress to date (including what works and what doesn’t) – and how this may be useful for other organizations and settings.
