For the last century, management research has been highly prolific in a debated search of a silver bullet predicting Leadership efficiency, and increasingly linked to a tough debate on emotional intelligence definition, components and measurement. Since the founding principles developed by social and organisational psychologists, the definition of multiple intelligences and the raise of (neo-)human theories, what have we learnt so far?
