This short introduction into the world of improvisation will show you what you need to be an improviser. Improvisation techniques are easy to understand. With simple online exercises everyone is able to experience and understand how improvisation works. It’s a holistic approach, not just about behaviour and rules, but going deeper into a kind of attitude which may lead you through difficult situations. It’s an attitude which is very helpful for change processes and agile challenges in business context. It helps to cope with most communication challenges because you learn to expect the unexpected. Reaching this level also means that you gain a better presence and can adjust your impact to the outside world in a way which is always authentic.
Being spontanеous means being yourself. In this session you will have the chance to experiment and interact with the other participants. And the best thing: You will have fun!
How to participate:

• Organisational Development
