In the knowledge economy, the difference in performance based on individual contribution is significant. And in a changing world, the ability to identify the skills needed, respond to any deficits in skills, and to subsequently build needed skills at scale is key. Traditional approaches to development have proved to be too slow, or too ineffective, to keep pace. This session explores the need for HR organisations to think differently about the nature of skills needed for high performance, and how they’ll deliver on those skills in the new world.
