Michaël is passionate about sustainable change and transformation. He has been involved in driving large and complex change initiatives in multinational companies for the last 15 years, supporting senior teams in bringing their vision and strategy to life. Initially trained as a management consultant, Michaël has embraced over the last years a different approach to improve effectiveness in the corporate world, focusing primarily on people rather than processes or systems.

Currently in charge of global leadership development at Swarovski, his focus is to ensure the development of leaders that can balance the business focus with the people focus, and who are equipped with the tools and mindset necessary to thrive in an uncertain and complex world. Michaël holds an MBA degree and is fluent in French, English and German.
