He will look beyond the 70:20:10 Model for Learning and Development, which posits that learning is roughly 70% experiential, 20% social, and 10% formal. Could the model of Robert Kegan be the answer? How can you get your organisation moving in that direction and what tools will be needed? How will it affect the role of L&D professionals and managers?
